Coronavirus (COVID-19) information 

It is important to us that you're happy with your LVM international Art Bora Bora purchase. If you're not totally satisfied you will be able to return it within 30 days shipments arrival date in destination. Please return your product/s in a new, unused and re-saleable condition, with the packaging.   
  
These are extraordinary times and we know that like all of us here at LVM international Art Bora Bora, many of you are concerned about Coronavirus (COVID-19). The health and safety of our customers and co-workers across the Globe is our main priority.

We will continue to watch this situation closely, take advice from the Government and other relevant authorities and take any further action needed to keep our customers and co–workers safe.    
   
Refund timelines

It's important to us that you're happy with your LVM international Art Bora Bora purchase. If you're not totally satisfied you can return it within 30 days of shipment arrival date in destination.* We will give you a full refund by the same method as your original payment for products that are returned with proof of purchase in new, unused and re-saleable condition and with the packaging.

Legally, third party logistics companies are hired to transport goods and deliver them without damage to the end-user location. Agreements are made between the shipper and the logistics company that define these responsibilities
